Astoundingly fresh fish

The salmon nigiri alone is worth the trip — perfectly seasoned rice, fish that's always at the right temperature. Never disappoints.

Jazz on vinyl, not a speaker playlist

Walked in for dinner and stayed for the record collection. Cozy, dim, and the negi-toro roll was some of the best I've had in Seattle.

Same friendly chef every time

Dave behind the counter remembers our order. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the agedashi tofu is a must.
